Atlanta Botanical Garden is a magical 30-acre oasis with numerous exhibits, greenhouses and plantings.

Kids will enjoy the Children’s Garden, water play at Sunflower Fountain and learning about various plants and animals in Soggy Bottom.

Right now you can see “Origami in the Garden”, a series of giant metal sculptures inspired by the Japanese art of paper folding.

Tip from the locals: Botanical Garden is tucked next to another famous tourist attraction  – Piedmont Park, so you can visit both without moving your car from the hard-earned parking spot.

Piedmont Park has a few great playgrounds, a big pool, and plenty of unique food options. It was designed by the same architect who designed New-York Central Park, and you will see unforgettable skyline views there.
